An early 19th century sycamore spice flask, similar ones illustrated in Treen for the Table and in the Shepherds Collection.
A turned balustershaped body with threaded finial which unscrews to reveal a pierced top, the base also unscrews for filling the spice flask up.
It measures 18cm h x 5cm w at the base.
