Pair of Victorian Military Woolworks, Norfolk Regiment

A very interesting pair of woolworks. One of the 9th Regiment of Foot The 2nd Battalion Norfolk Regiment showing the regiments Battle honours from the Peninsular wars, 1808, until the 2nd Afghan war 1878-1880. The other one we believe is also of the same regiment and depicts flags either side of a three masted warship. This one has no inscription but it has the same rose and thistle emblem. Both woollies are in identical frames, untouched and original and we believe have not been opened. Both pictures have vibrant colours and fascinating subjects.

These woolworks have not been restored and show signs of moth in places around the edges, please bear this in mind when considering and prior to purchase, more photos are available on request or they can be viewed at our showroom.
