Description

Two late 19th century Swiss fire officer helmets,c1880. One has been restored at some point in its life and is presented in good condition, it has the original leather liner but with the chin strap missing. The second is in original condition so has signs of use and wear . It appears complete with leather interior ,strap and even the original makers label which is marked 'Made in Switzerland'. On the reverse it says 'S Gersel GM 32 ' or similar which I assume are the details of the original wearer. Both are highly decorative and would display well.
