An Early 20th Century Tole Peinte Two Tier Table

Description

An early 20th century tole peinte two tier table comprising two oval trays with handles to the sides and each painted with a vignette of musical instruments and agricultural implements in black on an orange ground, on an adjustable metal stand painted orange with black detail. Italian, circa 1910.

Condition: Overall very good, the trays are both in excellent condition and the painted vignettes are free from damage, the stand has some minor losses to the paint. The screw to secure the adjustment under the upper tier moves freely.
