Pair of 18th Century Cassolettes Urns Marble and Ormolu

Description

A truly magnificent pair of French Cassolettes made in the 18th century.

Sadly , in the past they have been adapted for electricity and the finials have been removed. We have asked the family if they have the finials but no such luck!

The ormolu mounts are superb and of the finest quality with the human heads and goats horns and grape and leaf swags.
