This Continental Gilt Iron Lectern is of a good size and a very good weight to aid stability. The curvaceous form of the legs leads to the decorated centre column. The book rest itself is highly decorative with a good depth to it, to keep an open book in place. The candle holder is fashioned in a Fleur-de-Lis design and holds a generously sized candle.
Can be used with a candle as illustrated, and benefits from a removable electric light to give a more consistent light to the reading material on the book rest. The light has been converted to 12vDC for safety with the supplied 240V transformer.
