Four historically imprtant Coptic Emroiderys.Two of the rectangular pieces of Coptic embroidery displaying two fields of design, with figural type ornament.

One roundal with foliate design on central background in deep Red.

One other rectangular pirce depicting larger format mythological lion and a lying figure.

Dark Brown with lighter coloured embroidery two fields19cm x 12.5 cm

Lighter Tan with Brown embroidery 24cm long x 11cm

The pieces have been in a private collection for many years and would benefit from professinal cleaning. In the main they are in very good condition for their age but the mounted card backboard is in poor state.
