Impressive Chinese Gilt & Red Lacquer 3 Fold Screen

Description

This is a most impressive large Chinese 3 fold screen with red and black lacquer trellis design and beautiful gilded detail. The substantial screen measures 7 feet in height (241 cms) high with hand painted fielded floral panels below and a beautiful open fret trellis design above with multi star designs gilded in relief. These are three good, substantial and heavily made panels that are 7 cms thick. Each panel measures 20 inches (50 cms) wide.

UK delivery can be arranged with our local courier and costs £65 plus vat to most areas.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
