Exceptionaly Large Giant Clam Shell

Description

An exceptionaly large Giant Clam Shell (Tridicana Gigas). This huge specimen is one of the largest I have seen and must have been around 100 years old when harvested, probably around 100 years ago.

Considering its age it is in good condition with no sign or breaks or cracks. It has a beautiful milky white interior contrasting with a very crusty exterior.

The maximum dimensions are:

85cm (33.5") wide

58cm (23") deep

29cm (11.3") high
