A good George V era silver top walking stick cane with hallmarks for London 1927 and makerís mark for JB - this was probably Joseph Braham (though there were many makers with JB initials around that time).
The silver pommel top is plain with no initials or crest. The shaft is ebonised hardwood. The stick has a brass tip. The silver top is intact, no holes, though understandably it does show a little wear.
1927 was the Deco era when gentlemen dressed for the evening in black dinner jackets and bow ties. Outside they wore a white silk tasseled scarf, a black top hat and carried a black silver top cane, and this piece fits the bill!
