Double Barreled Percussion Boxlock Pocket Pistol 19th Century

A rare double barreled percussion Boxlock pocket pistol. Made in Belgium c1850.

The barrel is smooth bore cast steel. Captive ramrod under. The hammers are shaped as dolphins. The trigger has a sequential double pull action.

Condition: the lock action is crisp and both hammers fire well. The trigger action is good. The hardwood stock is unusually two piece. The furniture is decorated steel.

The acrylic mount is diaplay only.

The gun is antique and may be purchased without a licence. Sold as a curiosity or ornament. Purchaser must be over 18 years.
