French Faux Tortoiseshell & Malacca Sword Stick

1900 - 1920
Description

Dating to the Edwardian era and marked "Marcadet" this sword stick might be better described as a cane hiding a fullered dagger/stiletto. The handle is made of a resin resembling Tortoiseshell with a malacca haft, gold plated collar with release button, and ends in an ebony ferrule. In excellent condition.
