Dating from the second quarter of the Nineteenth century this is a really lovely decoupaged screen in Mahogany with a nod to the Gothic.
Stylised trefoils and flush roundels surmounted by applied carvings to each panel.
Each panel with differing decoration - birds, animals, fruit and flora.
The reverse - or front depending on your choice - with flamed panels and corresponding decoration.
Very nice, but not absolutely perfect condition.
A lovely thing.
