A Stunning William IV Rosewood Side Table.

A charming Rosewood table.

We bring to you this outstanding William IV rosewood sofa table believed to be made around C1830. This stunning table is in a lovely original condition which we have just enhanced by sympathetically waxing this table preserving the lovely lightly faded original colour with lots of patina and charm.

This table is of the finest quality, made from Rosewood featuring the most beautifully grained Rosewood to the top surface. Underneath the top there are 4 matching turned Finials descending down the pair of finely turned rosewood supports, linked by another solid rosewood turned stretcher rail. The base finishes to bar legs incorporating 4 rosewood turned cup castor covers. This table has been throughly checked and restored in our workshop, There is no movement or play in any of the joints and the top is flat with no bowing or twisting. The top has been re-polished traditionally using french polish and the table is ready for its new home.

Please note this item is in beautiful condition for its age as shown in the photographs below however being an antique item it does have the odd minor blemish here and there. However, we feel that these points are which adds charm and character to a piece.
