A Moynat Paris Gladstone Style Bag

Description

Made by the highly regarded manufacturer MOYNAT of Paris in the early 20's a Gladstone style leather bag. Superb quality brass fittings handles and catch. The catch functions and closes perfectly but there is no key. Good original green fabric lined interior with two pockets. Some wear in the critical folding places to the leather as to be expected after 100 years of use. This was an expensive bag when first purchased. Initials 'AM' faintly in black lettering near the catch. Makers impressed marks to the handles lock and elsewhere.
