This is 19th century dominoes box. The lid has raised wooden dominoes in the centre and has a scoring board with five wooden pegs. All the way around the edge the box is decorated with mini wooden dominoes. The lid slides off and inside are wooden dominoes all hand made up to a double nine. There are also some hand made wooden pegs and a compartment to the underside of the lid with a piece of paper stating '' F J Packer grandson of the maker of this box and an illustrated diagram of the dominoes.
It measures 28cm at the longest length incl where the lid sticks out x 7.5cm h x 11.5cm d
