French Louis XV Style Giltwood 3-Fold Screen

Description

Circa 1890, French Louis XV style giltwood 3-fold draught screen. With moulded foliate decorated frames, surmounted by shaped rococo style mouldings, over glazed panels with floral embroidered silk and floral material inserts. The opposite side of the screen has foliate decorations with giltwood and cording banding. Supported on scrolled feet; and the screen heights are 187 cm, 178 cm and 166 cm.
