In fine weathered condition. Strong and stable . However, hanging wire to rear needs attention to make it fully safe to hang. This is a copy of a panel from the Parthenon frieze, now housed in the British museum. Powerful piece with great presence. The flat background of the panel is a fibrous plaster , cement mixture reinforced with Ferris metal ,see photos the relief seems to be a reconstituted stone, probably done by a sculptor. difficult to date I believe it to be 1920s but could be older.
