A wonderful English bookslide dating to around 1880 and each end beautifully decorated with a fan inlay together with a boxwood stringing around the edge.

The bookslide sits on a quality double plinth which retains it's original amethyst coloured velvet on the underside.

In excellent working order and in great condition. Measuring 14" x 5 1/2" when closed expanding to 21" in length.
