Description

This is a very attractive desk top ink stand dating from the mid 19th Century. The ink stand is in lobed oval form and is beautifully hand painted with floral sprays and gilded borders. The glass ink well is in cut glass with silver plate mounted and there is a pen recess. Measuring 22 cms in length this is in excellent original condition. A very pretty original piece.
