Miles Griffiths Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
They are very well carved, two male and two female, non-religious, whilst they are vey decorative antiques on there own, they would make great fireplace lintel supports or for other architectural installations. Lovely to have the four still together, they are in very good condition, most probably been used inside a building rather than outside, looking at the great condition. English and dating from around 1720-50
