Description

This is a good, well modelled taxidermy mount of a roebuck deer on a solid oak shield dating from the early 20th century.

The deer is in excellent condition with young antler growth and a good pose, modelled looking slightly to the right. The piece has a great look and is in super order. The shield measures 32 cms by 22 cms. The piece overall is 60 cms high and 32 cms in depth.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
