Description

This is a good large pair of very decorative Chinese lacquered and hand gilded panels dating from around 1850. The elm panels are in a deep red lacquer with gilded images of large pheasants and birds in foliage with rabbits emerging from beneath a tree.

The pair have a very decorative appeal that would add great character to any setting and are substantial in size measuring 213 cms high by 75 cms wide.
