A Striking Georgian Oval Cribbage Board

Description

A Georgian Cribbage board. The oval Mahogany board is veeneered with bands of Tulip wood and edged with a band of Rosewood. There is Boxwood and Ebony stringing and the central pannel has be cleverly shaded using poker work to get the darker area. The effect is very striking.The board stands on fall small ball feet. There is a peg box to the underneath to store pegs in, the lid is a replacement.

A very decorative piece.
