An Untouched Geographia 6'' Globe

Description

This globe is in untouched condition just showing natural signs of its age and use. Dating to about 1924 (shows Constantinople and Leningrad) the brass meridian has not been cleaned nor has the ebonised wooden base been touched. The globe has very little damage and the photographs show the condition and in my opinion outstanding colour well. There is no wear to the North or South pole areas as is usual with older lobes. Completely original with correct top and bottom fittings it is an extremely nice piece .....not easy to find.
