A highly unusual and rare musical item dating from 1937. This wonderful piece is an ebony conductor''s baton with silver mounted hand grip, band and tip. The baton body is made from polished ebony and features detailed engraving on each of the silver mounts. A round vacant cartouche is found to the central band and the top mount. The baton is made up of two sections which unscrew at the center for transportation. A rare and collectable item for the music lover. Dimensions below.
