An unusual pair of right & left handed Regency pedestals in fine figured mahogany. The rectangular shaped tops above ebony mouldings and single drawers with ebony cockbeading, brass ring pulls and flanked by applied fluted detail. The lower section having scrolling tapering stiles with carved acanthus and further fluted detail. The cross banded and panelled doors having ebony mouldings and working locks with keys. Both are raised on plinths with quarter bobbin turnings and bold lion’s paw feet. Dimensions:- Height…39’’/ 99cm. Width…22’’/ 56cm. Depth…16.5’’/ 42cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £65.
