Description

A well made 19thC (early to mid) mahogany butlers tray on its original stand. A nice small size. Good fine dovetails to the tray surround and a one piece tray base (the tray base with an old grain crack which is stable and of little consequence) Good quality timber with matching timber colour and grain to the solid X frame folding base. Correct X frame brass pivot screws. Pierced carrying handles to the gallery. Re-webbed and set to its lowest height to enable placement at the end of a sofa. (Can be heightened if desired) .Almost no staining or water marks as often seen on these trays. Good colour and patina.

65 cm wide 40 cm deep and standing 75 cm high to the top of the tray rim. (67 cm to the tray base).
