Mahogany Boxed Chess and Draughts Sets

1900 - 1920
Description

Early 1900's mahogany boxed chess and draughts set. The chess set pieces are solid boxwood and solid ebony and are in good condition except for 1 boxwood pawn is chipped and the black king has lost his cross. The chess piece sizes are; pawns 1" diameter, kings 1 1/4" diameter. The draughts pieces are also solid boxwood and solid ebony and are 1 1/4" diameter. Please note one of the castles is a slightly different design. Good usable set of games pieces that won't cost the earth in a nice solid mahogany box.
