An incredible find! A wonderful example of an early 20th century rarely-seen truncheon with a built-in whistle. This beautiful, tactile piece is in solid rosewood and has a fully operational whistle that is seriously loud! It is embossed with the maker's name at one end, and has a registration number showing it was manufactured in c.1913 in England.
