A wonderful example of a 19th century Lazy Susan. This useful stand, ideal for serving cheese or fruit on the dining table, has a rotating top that spins freely. The top is true and flat with no warping or twisting, and it retains a baize lining underneath to prevent scratching to furniture. This very high quality Lazy Susan is in mahogany. It is English, and it dates from c.1880s.
