This is a beautiful gouache painting on silk which dates from the early 20th Century, circa 1900. The painting is finely detailed depicting a tiger attack with men mounted upon an elephant in an Indian landscape.

This is in very good condition with vibrant colours and is presented in softly gilded walnut frame. It is a really good size measuring 59 cms by 50 cms including the frame.
