An Early 20thc Gilded Coat Hook Rail

1900 - 1920
Description

From the late 19th or early 20thC a very unusual and decorative coat hanging rail. The curved gilded area with urn and floral decoration with six brass coat hooks. Below the decorative urn is a brass plaque inscribed 'COATS'. The top section would have been for hats. Some deterioration to the gilded surface. Fixings for solid wall mounting
