19th century unusual Victorian beautifully Moorish spire shaped and carved mahogany cake stand with bevelled glass shelf inserts.

A really lovely cake stand with a shape surmounted with a large carved finial and standing on equally shapely legs.

The bevelled glass lifts this above other cake stands and visually makes it very exciting.

Originally used to display cakes, now also makes a wonderful stand to display tea sets, plates, and other collectables, as well as still being useful for its original purpose.

Size-37.5 inches high by 14 inches wide at base, by 11 inches diameter shelves.

An unusual, functional, lovely and eye catching piece in very good condition.
