Burr Walnut Desk Stationery Cabinet C.1870

Description

An Immaculate desk stationery cabinet made from an attractive burr walnut and coromandel wood. It been overlaid with decorative brass which is all in great condition. The main box section would be used for storing writing materials like letters and papers. There is a push button at the top to release the bottom drawer which is a writing slope. It comes with two glass cut original ink wells in great condition. Comes with a fully functioning lock and key and dates to Victorian c.1870.
