Description

Nineteenth century carved pine fairground horse. Stripped many years ago it now has a lovely mellow patination. The filled hole where the pole would have been is visible on the top and underneath. Solid and heavy, the carving is good quality; bold and well defined. An exceptional example in lovely condition.
