A pair of very unusual and decorative Victorian silhouette pictures. The pair are both made of cut black paper laid to light paper. The pair are so unusual as to the subject which is blackbirds in branches, they have a great Gothic feel to them. The pair are mounted in the original fine rosewood frames of good colour and patina. The whole have a wonderful look and are in good condition, there is some slight staining to the paper and lifting on the cut paper but all untouched and quite secure.
