Description

An interesting George IV or William IV period mahogany MUSIC STAND or perhaps LECTERN in good condition.

The well figured mahogany top, complete with its music or book rest, is adjustable using the easel support behind, whilst the reeded and turned central column conceals the ratchet system so that the overall height is also adjustable. It is supported on good cabriole legs with pointed pad feet. The top 17ins x 13ins; the height 29ins minimum.
