This is a wonderful Large Chinese reverse painting on glass which dates from around 1900. The colourful painting shows women on a balcony in a beautiful garden, looking at books. It is in its original carved wood frame with brass hanger typical of the period and is a good sizemeasuring 65 cm by 44 cm.
