Here we have a wonderful Victorian Oak and brass fire guard or fender c1890. As you can see the Oak and Brass have great colour and patina. The Oak frame is perfectly executed with subtle mouldings and shaped apron. There are lovely brass rods to all sides with inset corner hinges for folding and hooks to attach to the side of the fireplace if required. A super fire guard with wonderful interior design qualities in fine retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 44.5 inches wide 15 deep and 28 high.
