Hobson May Collection has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
This antique toleware tray is in reasonably good condition, there are a few minor marks to the painted surface, these do not detract from the appearance of the tray and are as one would expect of an item in use since the mid 19th Century. The delightful sunny yellow ground and pretty flowers make this circular tray a charming display item.
