Here is an outstanding quality William & Mary style chest-on-stand, side table.
C1920, made with very obvious highly-skilled craftsmanship.
The serpentine shaped front has a burr walnut top, with cross-banded edge. This is over six drawers. Each with figured walnut fronts and edged with the most lovely feather-banding. Quality elegant brass handles. Pine lined drawers.
Below are drop finials with an ornate base, having turned legs joined by an ornate shaped stretcher.
The chest has a great antique aged colour and patination, and appears to be much older.
In excellent condition.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
