An early 20th century highly decorative & excellent quality large circular Chinese carved hardwood four panel and double-sided screen.

This screen consists of four double-sided carved hardwood panels that interlock together to form a circular shaped screen, the panels consisting of traditional carved Chinese symbols of lions, bats, deer, cherry blossom and other floral and foliate decoration with four porcelain painted panels to each side depicting traditional Chinese scenes.

The screen can easily be assembled or disassembled and would be an ideal room divider or statement piece etc.

The screen is in excellent condition for age, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home.
