Early 20th century butcher’s block on original base.
The block has been well worked but has plenty of life left in it. We have oiled one side and left the other side dry. It sits on its original base with 3 drawers and pot board shelf. The base is painted but I do not believe the paint to be original although nor do I think it was done in recent years. It is a very nice colour and complements the piece.
