Fine Victorian Chippendale Revival Mahogany Pedestal

A Victorian period mahogany pedestal made from a Chippendale design. The pedestal is extremely good quality and very elegant with a fine piece of carving on the front. The pedestal is in good condition just the odd minor knock and has a lead weighted base for extra stability. A very large and dramatic piece it would look amazing with the right bronze or lamp on it C.1880.
