A really charming pair of bookends in alabaster mounted with a fox and a hound figure. The bookends are made in alabaster with cold painted spelter animals. The figures have been very well painted (and all original) and are in good condition with the odd chip and bit of wear. The alabaster has a green tint to it and is in good overall condition, but does have some wear to the edges. The pair are very unusual and typical of the 1930''s with the hunting theme.
