Description

This is a fantastic 19th century Persian bronze, modelled as a graceful recumbent deer. The imposing work of art dates from around 1850. This beautiful piece is in perfect condition with a delightful antique patination to the gilding. It is very substantial in size and being cast in solid bronze is very heavy. The bronze measures 49 cms long 44 high and 14 cms in depth.
