Pretty Desk Stand Mother of Pearl with Glass Inkwells

Description

This is a very pretty desk stand which dates from the late 19th century. The desk stand has two glass inkwells with silver plated lids and is decorated in parquetry with mother of pearl and abalone.

This is in good condition, retaining its original solid elm button feet and is a very decorative piece for a desk or shelf. It measures 23 cms wide by 18 cms deep.
