A superb quality, English antique new terrestrial globe on stand in fully working condition. Made by Blades, East & Blades, 23 Abchurch Lane, London. The model is the Traders & Travellers New Terrestrial Globe. In excellent conbdition throughout, the globe can be moved on its axis, complete with brass chapter ring and a fabulous large compass is inset into the base of the stand. All the paper work is very intact. A superb 19th century, high quality antique globe on stand.
