Description

GILLOWS of LANCASTER: a rare PAIR of very fine quality POLE SCREENS in particularly good original condition.

Typical of the quality from this renowned firm of cabinetmakers, these delightful pole screens are of solid mahogany and feature finely carved 'crests' to the framed screens; reeded and gadrooned columns and tripod cabriole legs leading to carved scrolled feet complete with cabochons.

Currently framed with matching printed 'peacock' fabric, these would make ideal homes for family samplers or needlework pictures. Just lovely! Priced for the pair...
